BRING SOMETHING REAL

Start with one situation. A responsibility that is hard to share. A recurring problem. An idea you want room to try.

What to bring

Something keeps coming back. A responsibility is difficult to share. An idea needs room to become real.

Bring that situation into view. Follow the connections. Decide what needs a person’s judgment, what a reliable system can carry and where AI has a useful role.

You leave with a change to test, and a method to return to as the circumstances change.

A method. The materials.
Room to use them.

The included files, shown as they are. Excel for working records. PDFs for reading and printing. Slides for facilitating.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Before
you begin.

Can I use it on my own or with a team?

Yes. One person can work through a situation alone. Teams collect individual observations, map the shared process and agree on ownership. The guides cover preparation and facilitation for different group sizes. Access, sharing and reuse follow the purchase terms.

Do I need technical experience?

Begin with an understanding of your own situation. The method helps define requirements before choosing tools. Bring in a technical specialist when the change calls for configuration, integration or development.

Are the labs and exercise reviewed?

They are self-guided. The optional certification pathway adds its stated reviews, feedback, observed facilitation and readiness assessment. Professional advice and implementation are separately scoped services.

Does the download include building my system?

It includes the method and working materials. Company-specific facilitation, implementation and ongoing support are professional services. You can start a service engagement directly, with the context and evidence you already have.

What software or video course do I need?

The teaching is in the download; no video course is required. Use the supplied documents, diagrams and Excel files. External subscriptions or usage charges may apply to tools you choose for implementation.

What support comes with the Workshop?

Product help covers access, downloads and questions about using the supplied materials. Private advice, building your system and reviewing your work belong to separately scoped services or the optional certification pathway.

Contact product support ↗

What about sharing, reuse and updates?

Access, sharing and reuse follow the terms of the purchased release. Ask product support about available updates and the release you hold. Product updates do not include private consulting or certification assessment.

Read the purchase terms ↗

What if the first change does not work?

Keep the original evidence and record what happened. Revisit the affected activities, revise the proposal and agree on the next test. A well-supported decision to stop is useful progress, too.

What We Do

Human API · narrated by Brandon White

Read the transcript

There’s work we can see, the project, the meeting, the decision, and there’s the work of holding it all together, remembering what changed, finding the missing information, helping someone understand what happens next.

At home and at work, those connections take time, attention, and judgment. Often, they depend on a person caring more than anyone can see.

Human API helps people and teams understand that work and build systems that support the lives around it.

We begin with something real, a situation that keeps coming back, a responsibility that’s difficult to share, an idea you haven’t found room to put into practice.

Our method is practical. In the Human API Workshop, you bring that situation into view. Through the cards, working mats, conversations, and activities, you examine what’s happening, follow the connections, listen to another perspective.

You decide what needs a person’s judgment, what a reliable system can carry, and where AI has a useful role. Then you choose a change to test, put it into practice, look at what actually happened, and keep what the evidence supports.

As you work, the puzzle takes shape. First, a sequence. Then, a circle. The same pieces reveal connections you couldn’t see in the first arrangement. You leave with a change to test, and a method you can return to as your circumstances change.

And at the center, a question. What do you want greater capacity to make possible? That answer belongs to you. One human. More capacity. Human API.
