Privacy & Cookies.
Clear information. A real choice. Here’s how information moves when you visit Human API or work with us.
Who we are
Human API is based in Florida, United States. This notice covers humanapi.now and the Human API business activities described below. Questions or requests: support@humanapi.now.
What we receive
- What you send: your name, email, organization, role, program interests, inquiry details, scheduling information and messages. Please leave passwords, payment-card details, confidential client material and unnecessary sensitive information out of general inquiries.
- Purchases and bookings: the offer or session selected, purchaser details, transaction references, payment status and information needed to arrange or deliver the work. Stripe handles payment-card details on its checkout service.
- Website and security information: requested pages, browser and device information, IP address, approximate location, referral or campaign information and technical logs used to deliver and protect the site.
- Optional analytics: if you allow analytics, Microsoft Clarity can collect page interactions, clicks, scrolling, device information and session-replay data to help us understand how the site is used. Form areas are marked for masking.
- Account access: Microsoft-managed accounts generate identifiers, sign-in and security records that authorized administrators use to manage access.
Why we use it
We use relevant information to answer questions, maintain requested waitlists, arrange bookings, administer purchases, deliver services, provide support, keep business records and protect our systems. Optional analytics helps us improve the website.
A newsletter signup gives us permission to send the requested newsletter. A program waitlist, inquiry or purchase does not automatically subscribe you to it. Operational messages about something you requested or bought serve a separate purpose.
Cookies and your choices
Clarity is not loaded until you select Allow analytics. Essential only keeps it off. We send a denied advertising-storage signal when analytics is enabled. Where your browser supplies a Global Privacy Control signal, our site keeps optional Clarity analytics off.
You can change this choice from Cookie preferences in the footer. Declining after previously allowing analytics stops the recording and clears the first-party Clarity cookies our site can remove. Your browser’s controls can also clear stored data. Your choice applies to this browser; other devices and browsers may need their own choice.
We store your privacy choice locally for up to 180 days. Other browser storage supports functions such as remembering the newsletter invitation state and retaining campaign parameters with a form submission. Hosting and security providers also process information needed to deliver and protect the site.
Service providers
Relevant information is processed through services we use to operate Human API:
- Cloudflare: hosting, delivery, security and payment-processing checkpoints.
- HubSpot: contacts, submitted context, waitlists, communication preferences and follow-up records.
- Microsoft: email, calendar, account access and optional Clarity analytics.
- Stripe: payment processing and transaction administration.
- Calendly and meeting providers: scheduling and the meeting service identified in your booking or invitation.
- Google Fonts: font delivery, which sends a browser request to Google.
These providers may also process information under their own terms and privacy notices. For Clarity, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Turning off optional analytics does not stop the technical requests needed for hosting, security or fonts.
We may disclose relevant records to professional advisers, to comply with legal obligations, to address misuse or disputes, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable requirements. We do not publish your inquiry or customer record as part of the public website.
Retention and location
We retain information according to its purpose, the customer relationship, support needs, and applicable accounting, legal or security requirements. Different records may need different retention periods. Contact us to request deletion or ask about a particular record; some records may need to be retained for a legitimate obligation.
Human API operates in the United States. Our providers may process information in other countries. Protections and legal rights can differ by location.
Your information and communications
Depending on where you live and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict or object to processing of your information, or withdraw consent. Send requests to support@humanapi.now. We may need to verify your identity and consider applicable exceptions. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator.
Use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email, or contact us, to stop marketing communications. We may still need to send messages about an existing purchase, support request or account.
Security, children and updates
We use access controls and service-provider protections to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security. This professional education and business website is intended for adults; contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information.
We update this notice when our practices change and show the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated where required. Contact: support@humanapi.now.
