A few clear ground rules for using Human API, its website and its materials.
Who operates the site
Human API is based in Florida, United States. In these terms, “Human API,” “we” and “us” refer to that business. Questions: support@humanapi.now. These terms cover use of humanapi.now and account access we provide. Our Privacy & Cookies notice explains how we handle information.
Use the site responsibly
Use the site lawfully and respect other people, our systems and intellectual property. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass access restrictions, introduce harmful code, impersonate someone else, or disrupt the site or another person’s use of it.
If we provide an account, use only the access authorized for you, protect your credentials and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. Access is limited to the resources and purposes we authorize.
Content and intellectual property
Human API’s original frameworks, written materials, graphics, course materials and brand assets are owned by us or used with permission. Third-party content remains subject to its owner’s rights. You may view public website content for your legitimate use. Except where a separate license or applicable law permits it, you may not resell, republish, distribute or present our original materials as your own.
Public visibility does not grant access to private program materials. A purchase or written agreement may provide a specific license for the materials included with that offer.
Education and judgment
Our public content concerns applied AI, operating design, judgment, leadership and commercial practice. It is educational and general in nature. It does not replace advice from a qualified legal, tax, financial, medical or other professional who understands your circumstances.
Examples and AI-generated outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Evaluate information and verify consequential decisions before acting. We do not promise a particular income, business result, time saving or other outcome.
Offers and purchases
Joining a newsletter or waitlist does not reserve a seat, guarantee admission or create a purchase. The applicable offer or checkout page describes the price, availability, dates and scope.
Purchase-specific enrollment, payment, delivery, refund and cancellation terms apply where provided and agreed. If a term is unclear, contact support@humanapi.now before purchasing. These website terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or change terms already agreed for a purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
Information you send
Send information you have authority to share. Avoid confidential employer or client material, passwords, payment-card details and unnecessary sensitive personal information in general inquiries. You retain rights in material you provide. We may use it as needed to address your request or perform an agreed service, subject to the applicable privacy notice and agreement.
Other platforms
Checkout, scheduling, account access and communications may use third-party services. Their terms and privacy notices apply to their services. A link is provided for its stated purpose; we do not control the destination or all of its content.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but it may contain errors, become unavailable or change. Public website content is provided without a promise that it will meet every purpose or remain continuously available.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. These website terms do not add a monetary liability cap, mandatory arbitration clause or class-action waiver.
Access and changes
We may restrict access to address misuse, protect the service or comply with law, subject to applicable agreements and mandatory rights. Updated terms show a revised effective date. Changes do not retroactively rewrite a completed purchase agreement.
