Applied AI and automation
implementation.
We configure and test the workflows, integrations and AI tasks that a workshop or equivalent work has already defined, in tools you own or approve, with human approval points and a handover.
By proposal
Workflows, access, review rounds and support are agreed in the scope.

- Who it is for
- Your process, system and data owners
- The format
- A defined build, testing and handover
WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH
A working system. A clear handover.
- The configurations and integrations named in the scope.
- Acceptance test results.
- Current instructions and a handover plan.
- A named owner and a defined support period.
When it helps
- The process, owners, handoffs and AI limits are already agreed, and someone now has to build them.
- A promising automation keeps producing exceptions that land on a person.
- An AI assistant works on a good day and nobody has tested what it does with missing or conflicting information.
Who takes part
Your process owner, the system and data owners whose approval the work needs, a named human reviewer for any AI step, the people who do the work, and your IT or security contact.
Preparation
- A defined requirement: the agreed process, handoff specifications and, for AI, a job card with approved sources, limits and a reviewer. If these do not exist, we start with a workshop or a focused session.
- Access, licences and security approval for the tools in scope.
- Starting measures for the work being changed, so the result can be compared fairly.
What happens
- Configuration of the named workflows and integrations in your approved tools.
- Human approval points designed in, not added afterwards.
- Acceptance tests, including the four Instruct tests for any AI task: normal input, missing information, conflicting information and an unapproved action.
- A test in real work with stop conditions and a way back to the previous process.
Decisions & ownership
You own the systems, data, licences, approvals and day-to-day operation. Human API builds within the agreed scope and does not take over a function.
Follow-through
A defined support period, then a results review that compares effort before and after, including checking, corrections, maintenance and work moved to other people.
Scope, timing & fees
Implementation
A defined build: the workflows, systems and configurations included, required access, approval and exception handling, acceptance tests, review rounds, handover and a support period. External software and usage costs are itemized.
Additional workflows, integrations or operating responsibilities need an agreed change to scope. We do not promise an autonomous department; authority and exceptions are designed and tested first. Scope, dates, participants and the final fee are confirmed in writing before work begins.
