A few things people ask.

Is this an AI workshop?

Yes. AI is a major part of it. You’ll see live AI builds, agents, AI employees, Skills and workflows, and you’ll leave with tools you can keep using. Sovereign’s difference is that we also teach you how to design the operation around the AI.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can use ChatGPT or Claude, you can participate. The most important knowledge is your own work: how it moves, where it gets stuck, what your clients need and what “good” looks like.

Does $97 cover all three days?

Yes. General includes all six hours across the three live sessions, the participant workbook, the Sovereign AI Skill Pack and the exercises listed above. VIP and Platinum add access around the Workshop; the core teaching is included in General.

What should I bring?

Bring one recurring task, approval, handoff or decision that keeps returning to you. You’ll work on it across the three days. Describe the situation without sharing confidential client or company information.

Will my situation get a hot seat?

Brandon works selected participant situations live each day so the whole room can learn from them. A hot seat is not guaranteed for every attendee. VIP and Platinum include priority consideration. Platinum also includes a separate private 90-minute 1:1.

Will we build AI employees?

You’ll watch AI employees, agents and AI-supported workflows get built and work live. In the guided exercises, you map work you bring, choose an AI use case, and define its context, standard and handoff. You leave with the Sovereign AI Skill Pack to keep using and a first change to make. You’ll also learn when not to use AI.

Is this the same as Operator?

No. The Workshop teaches you how to see the work, architect where it belongs and make the first change. Operator is four months on your whole life: aligning your work, time, energy, relationships and commitments with the life you want. Shared context, practical systems, a Command Center and AI support help you put those choices into practice. The Workshop stands on its own and isn’t a prerequisite.

Will I leave with a full operating system?

No. You leave with capability, reusable tools, maps, a worked decision and a concrete first move. The Workshop stands on its own.

When is it, and how long are the sessions?
